Lexendo is an accounting intelligence platform operated by Lexendo Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales. By accessing or using Lexendo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
References to "Lexendo", "we", "us" or "our" mean Lexendo Ltd. References to "you" or "your" mean the accounting firm or individual subscribing to and using the platform.
Lexendo provides software tools to assist accounting professionals in identifying and managing tax compliance risk across client portfolios, including employment tax (P11D, IR35, termination payments, PAYE settlement agreements), corporation tax, VAT, capital allowances, and related accounting compliance modules.
The outputs produced by Lexendo, including risk scores, RAG ratings, and reports, are informational tools to support professional judgement. They do not constitute legal or tax advice. You remain responsible for all professional decisions made using the platform.
You must be a qualified accounting professional, or act on behalf of a regulated accounting or tax advisory firm, to use Lexendo. By registering, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your firm to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Lexendo is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is set out on the billing page of the platform. All prices are quoted excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You retain full ownership of all client data you enter into Lexendo. We process this data on your behalf as a data processor under the UK GDPR. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement.
We do not sell, share, or use your client data for any purpose other than providing and improving the Lexendo service.
You agree not to use Lexendo to:
All software, algorithms, scoring logic, and content within the Lexendo platform are the property of Lexendo Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for your internal business purposes during your subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexendo Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of Lexendo, including losses arising from decisions made in reliance on platform outputs.
Our total aggregate liability to you in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us during that period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if we are required to do so by law. We will give reasonable notice where possible, unless the breach is severe or immediate action is required.
We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of Lexendo after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
